Crab Mold

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup finely chopped celery

1 green onion chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 can crab meat, flaked

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 tbsp gelatin

3 tbsp cold water

 

Dissolve gelatin in water,

Heat soup and add gelatin,

Add all other ingredients,

Mix with hand mixer,

Pour into mold,

Refrigerate overnight,

Unmold and serve with crackers.
